In the 1970’s, I enjoyed my working life and had office management positions in the insurance industry, for TV Guide Magazine and an international diamond trader. After I married, had children and moved to the suburbs, I gladly did what was expected of me, running a home and raising a family.
This comfortable and traditional life abruptly ended in 2007, when I was blind-sided by divorce. In the face of emotional and financial devastation, my sister and cousin encouraged me to fight and stand up for myself while getting me to laugh at and write out some of the absurd courtroom antics and life situations I was being confronted with. We began embellishing on these tales, weaving together a storyline which grew to covering 40 years in one family’s lifetime and Tre Cugine was born!
